Impact Estimates Fulfillment Policy

At Impact Estimates, we are committed to providing exceptional service and delivering a seamless experience for our clients. Below are the details of our fulfillment policy:

1. Payment and Setup Process

Subscription Payment: Payment for services is due upon signup and renews monthly. Clients are billed automatically unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Account Setup: Clients are responsible for completing the virtual onboarding videos and setting up their accounts independently.

Optional Setup Packages: Additional setup options are available for a one-time fee:

$500: Basic Office Setup

$1,000: Workflows and Calendar Integration

$1,500: Flooring Funnel Customization with Voice Drops

Custom Build: Starting at $2,500+ (requires 3–4 weeks for completion)

2. Service Fulfillment

Software Features: The $497 package includes access to:

CRM system and advanced marketing tools.

AI assistants (e.g., heyLuca, Brigins Bot).

Social media content creation tools and ad managers.

Full suite of features from Impact Estimates.

Branded Website: We customize clients' websites to align with their brand colors and preferences.

Support: 24-hour customer support is available via Zoom or phone for troubleshooting and guidance.

3. Deliverables

All software tools and features will be fully accessible within 48 hours of payment and onboarding completion. Custom setups (e.g., advanced workflows or branded funnels) are delivered based on the selected package timeline, with updates provided regularly.

4. Responsibility of Clients

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and branding materials for customizations. Clients must complete the onboarding videos and provide necessary approvals promptly to avoid delays.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis; cancellations must be submitted in writing 5 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions, setup packages, or completed customizations.

6. Changes to Policy

Impact Estimates reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance.
